We provide psychological therapy for individuals of all ages. Services are available for:

• NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed participants)

• Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan

• Private health insurance clients

• Private-paying clients

Session Fees

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

• NDIS (self-managed & plan-managed): $252.99 per session

• Private: $250 per session

• Medicare (Mental Health Care Plan): $250 per session

  • Payment in full is required on the day of your appointment.

  • A Medicare rebate of approximately $101.55 (Registered Psychologist) or $145.25 (Clinical Psychologist) will be processed after your session and paid directly into your nominated bank account.

• Private Health Insurance: $250 per session (rebate dependent on your insurer and level of cover)

Please note that Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.

Appointments, Cancellations & Policies

Appointment confirmation: Clients are required to confirm their appointment when prompted. Failure to confirm may result in the appointment being cancelled and offered to another client.

Cancellations – private, Medicare & private health clients

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• Non-attendance without notice will be charged at the full session fee.

NDIS cancellation policy In line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits:

• For self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, cancellations made with less than 2 clear business days’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may be charged at 100% of the session fee.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.
